Whether you like it our not, we live in a world where most people require an instant hit of some kind. From FMCG to Fast food and movies on demand, most things we want can be within our grasp in a few minutes or seconds. Take my iphone, I've got an app for this and an app for that, my favourite of the moment, is the hipstomatic - a polaroid-esque camera that applies filter upon filter to create an authentic looking shot. I love it, but it can't beat the real thing -  real instant film, the type that is spat out of a real camera into your hand, a one off print that doesn't exist in the digital world. I'd like to thank the impossible project for keeping polaroid alive, buying the equipment, starting a new brand and investing in something so unique, somebody had to keep it going.
