Nigel Cabourn x Alex Telfer

The stunning shots above were taken by long time collaborator Alex Telfer for menswear designer Nigel Cabourn. The ‘Ascent of Cabourn’ collection, was developed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Captain Scott’s expedition reaching the South Pole. It consists of recreations of 13 pieces of clothing worn by Scott and his party during their time in the Antarctic - all of which Alex shot, focusing first on the overall garment then opting to capture some of the crafted authentic detail.
